BCNR management policies


1.Management and quality assurance policy
1.1 Managing BCNR with good governance principle and the entire personnel collaboration.
1.2 Promoting Deming circle (PDCA) as an operated guideline and part of educational administration collaborated with every sector within and outside BCNR.
1.3 Assisting the network participation to share the good practice of educational quality assurance.

2. Personnel policy
2.1 Improving BCNR’s personnel proficiency and performance, based on “Man drives job” principle to complete BCNR’s mission and to join ASEAN Economic Community readily.
2.2 Corroborating the personnel’s well-being to promote happiness and succeed in work. Persuading them to live their lives in accordance with BCNR WAY and the philosophy of “Sufficiency Economy”.
2.3 Adopting the dialogue and ethical guideline to assist the participated and proactive working culture.

3. Producing nursing graduate policy
3.1Producing completely qualified nursing graduates with Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education and BCNR’s identity by applying student-centred principle as a teaching strategy implemented by proficient, caring and humanized lecturers.
3.2 Helping and supporting student’s participation in every part of BCNR’s mission.
4. Research policy
4.1 Precipitating research production and publication and innovation in accordance with the standard of Higher Education Commission.
4.2 Raising research utilization in the community and society substantially.

5. Academic service policy
5.1 Integrating teaching and research to foster academic service for society as the community’s knowledge asset and health wisdom support.
5.2 Encouraging the learning and academic service centre to be knowledge asset.

6. Art and culture policy
6.1 Enhancing the cooperation related to conserving art, culture, moral, integrity and democratic society development.
6.2 Supporting the integration among conserving art and culture, teaching, and student development.

7. Informatics technology policy
7.1 Simplifying IT and decision-making database system for every dimension of BCNR management.
7.2 Advertising BCNR and facilitating access for people to its information through the IT system.

8. Finance and budget policy
8.1 Applying result-based management and good governance principle to finance efficiently, accountably and transparently.
8.2 Funding BCNR’s staff adequately to bring about happiness and have success in work.
