Instructors The Master Degree level is the minimum academic qualification for instructors employed by the BCNR. There are also a number of instructors with Doctoral Degree's in Nursing and other related subjects as a result of all personnel having distinguished qualifications and experiences in training both Thai and overseas nursing students and health personnel. In order to create a high standard with respect to the teaching of general education subjects, BCNR invites guest instructors from Chulalongkorn University, Mahidol University and other educational institutes in Ratchaburi as well as provinces nearby. These guest instructors instruct in the science, social science, education and anthropology faculties. Furthermore, every BCNR staff is encouraged to improve their competencies by training, attending conference and seminar and having sight visit at BCNR and other organisations.
